hi everybody;
i filed my i-485 on june, my h-1b was 6 weeks expired, am eb-2,after filing the I-485 i had to wait 2 mouths to get my employment card, so i know that am convered by the section 245k,but i still worry about that ,is there someone who was in the same situation and he already get a decision?and do we need to write a letter when we file the I-485 to explain that we are convered by the 245k when we re out of status less than 180 days?
