filing of EAD and Adv Parole

My employer is filing 485 but does not want to file EAD and Advance Parole.

1. Can I file EAD and Adv Parole myself personally?

2. If I file them personally, will that affect my case in any way?

3. If I do file them, will the emplyer know that information in any way (as in will INS send that information to the employer?).

4. Has anyone of you faced this problem before?

1. you can file EAD and AP yourself, you will need to send the photocopy of 485 Filling receipts

2. It will not affect your case in any ways

3. Your employer will not know that information in any way as long as you don't have the EAD and AP mailled to your employer

4. don't worry about it, this is not a problem at all, file the EAD and AP yourself and have them mailled to your home.
