My I-140 appeal is pending in Texas Service Center since Jan 2003. I am just planning to file I-140 and I-485 from Diffrent Employer from Different Service Center.
1. What will happen to my old I-140/I-485 Petitions, after I file new I-140/I-485? Will it automatically invalid?
2. What if my appeal is accepted and old I-140 gets approved, while new I-140/I-485 are pending? Do I have to withdraw any of the petition (Old I-140/I-485 Or new I-140/I-485)?
