My husband is working on h1 for a firm ABC, and planning to join a new firm in some days. But he also has a EAD from one of his previous employers XYZ and he has not yet used it for any of his employment as of date.
I want to know whether:
1. When his new employer files for a new H1, it takes around 2 weeks to get a receipt date. Can he use his EAD to join the new firm, and go back to h1 status again after receiving the h1 receipt notice from INS?
I could use help in this matter.
