I have already an I140 filed with a sub LC on March 2004. Now I just learned that my original LC has just been approved. My HR director is advising to file another I140 with my original LC as a backup.
What do you guys think? Have anyone ever filed more than one I140. Is it legal. I also heard that at one time the INS were a bit cautious about people who had more than one I140.
