Filing marriage based GC (married to LPR)

Hi all,

I'm currently on H1-B with a pending GC application through work, but my company is splitting so there's a chance I may be let go, and it's very hard right now to find another job that sponsors GC/H1-B.
Hence I'm preparing to file another GC application through my boyfriend, who's an LPR. We are planning to file by ourselves.

My question is:
1. how soon can you file after getting married?
2. what are the forms to be filed? ( I understand there is I-130, I-485, I-131)
3. what's the I-130 and I-485 concurrent filing process? Do I file I-130 online first, get a receipt, and then mail the receipt, I-485, and I-131 to the Chicago lockbox?
4. how long will it take for me to get advanced parole and EAD?
5. how long will it take to get the actual card? ( I understand it varies based on different processing center)

Sorry if these are basic questions. I can't seem to find an easy answer.

1. as soon as you get the certified marriage certificate
2. the main ones are I-130 and I-485. I-765 for EAD and I-131 are also recommended (they are free). Of course each form has additional requested forms and documents (e.g. I-130 will need I-130A, I-485 will need I-864 Affidavit of Support, I-693 medical)
3. either mail both I-130 and I-485 (and I-765, I-131) by mail or file I-130 online and file I-485 (and I-765, I-131) by mail with the I-130 receipt
4. these days, it can take more than half a year
5. hard to say
