Filing Labor from two different companies

Hello All,

I am in 4th year of H1 and my company is filing for my Labor in next two weeks under EB2 RIR. I am currently working for this company. This will be filed from California.

I also want to file my Labor through another company on future emploment basis under RIR in North Dakota. I am doing this to have backup as my first job not so safe.

I want to know, will there be any problem in filing Labor from two different comanies? Or is it perfectly legal?

no problem it can be done. the company doing future employment is going to have a query but its legal.
 
Future Green Card

Thanks I had the same question but is there any possibilty that first company will come to know that I have my other green card also going on ?
