I already have filed labor in NJ in early 2002 thru RIR. I work for a consulting firm but now the client that I am working for is ready to sponsor my H1 as well as Green Card.
If I convince my present employer (COnsulting Firm) to continue processing my green card and switch my job and start processing green card thru' my client too. is it legally OK?
Also, will it create any problems for my consulting firm if they are ready to continue processing because what I learn is GREEN CARD is for future job.
