I'm in company A which is going to file for labor for me in a couple of weeks. I would like to join company B and I requested the same to file for labor for prospective employee as I cant leave my current company right away. Company B's lawyer says though it is legal to file labor for a prospective employee it is not at all recommended. The company will get queries relating to revenues which may be tough to respond.
I would like to know is it risky for company B or for me to file labor for prospective employee ? Can I insist that company B should go filing labor for a prospective employee ?
