filing labor Cert. H1 will expire after 20 moths

Hello Guys,
I have a question about visa expiring in 6 years, My visa will expire on October 2004, and I did not file yet my labor Cert. Do I still have enough time to do this. I am in Florida and the current RIR processing which I got from this websites is 10/02 while the regular is 04/2002.

KyleMen,

You are good to go. File your LCA right now. You have more than enough time on your hand. By the time your H1 expires you should have your LCA thru or you can file for extension under new law, signed by the president on 2nd Nov 2002.
