Filing in Dec last week

Hi

is there an issue sending the papers in Dec? in the sense that with holidays etc, is there a recommendation that we wait and file in Jan or go ahead and file right away as soon as the papers are ready?

I am a USC filing for my spouse who is here on H1 - so will send 130, 485, 693, 864, 325A together and sending them to the Chicago lockbox

Can't think of a good reason to delay filing to be honest.

The process is long enough as it is. Don't delay filing if you have all the paperwork that is necessary.
