What I'm planning to do is, to keep all the paper work ready, I-130, I-129F, I-864 and file thru a lwayer. Once I get citizenship i leave the country to work from india for my US company.& come back once my wife gets visa.

Is this scenario possible are there any restrictions.?
Do i have to be in USA to file for wife's immigration ?

Please advice and give suggestion.

No point filing I-129F if you're not planning to be in the US. Might as well file for CP and wait the extra month or two until she gets a DS-230 immigrant visa.

I would say file for her right now as a resident. Once you have your citizenship, update your application. I waited and then got stuck in the whole receipting delay. Don't wait another minute. Just file for her now. Atleast your file will be int he system already when you have your citizenship. Good Luck to you.

another option i was looking use DCF. Can I file i_130 while Citizenship is pending and move to india and stay in india for 60 days and file I-130 thru DCF.

Which is better option.

1. File now
2. File after citizenship
3. File using DCF

Thanks

Like frustrated_alot just said, apply now for her I-130 without wasting another day. I applied for my wife back in Feb 2004 while I was a perm resident and her I-130 was approved last year in Sep 2007. Took more than 3 yrs for them to approve. Now when I applied for her adjustment of status last month after getting my citizenship, I went ahead & included that copy of approval I-130 with the rest of my paperwork (I-485, I-864, medical exam etc etc). I am sure the relationship has been established with USCIS. We may save some time, who knows. In your case if you are abroad (outside of US), you can call USCIS & they will upgrade her file. Many people have done that. Trust me do it. It won't hurt you.
