We have been reading this message board for a some time now and is highly informative. From the cases of some members here we noticed that concurrent filing get approval fast, so we too decided to go for concurrent.
The details of our I140 are as follows.
EB1 OPR: RD 12/30/2002, ND 01/02/2003
NIW :RD 01/08/2003, ND 01/10/2003
Since we applied in two categories, we are confused how we should proceed with the I485.
Should we file two applications with respective receipts or one application enclosing two receipts? Anybody in similar situation?
Your suggestions and inputs are highly appreciated.
