My Labor got approved last week and Iam planning to file 140/485 concurrently. But my wife is currently in India on a vacation. My questions are :-
1. Can my wife apply for AOS after I have filed concurrently (Assuming that I file now and my wife comes back to US after 3-4 months) . How long will it take from there for her.
