I filed two I-140s (NIW & OR) to NSC around 8/20/03. Now I am going to file I-485, AP and EAD next week. I heard that I can only file one I-485 based on either NIW or OR. Is that true? I want to pick NIW because it's more flexible than OR. However, I have no idea how long it will take for semi-concurrent NIW in NSC. As I know, OR concurrent cases usually takes 3-4 months. Really don't know how I should file my I-485. ...... Any advice will be highly appreciated!
