Brief summary of my Immigration status
Company 'X':
EB3 PD : may 2003
140 Date : apr 2007
Currently working with company 'X' since 6 years
Company 'Y':
EB2 PD : sep 2005
140 Date : oct 2006
Company 'Y' is for future employment
As per June bulletin I can file 485 using EB3 PD, but also i can file 485 using EB2 by porting EB3 priority date to EB2(some adjustments at the time of filing 485)
Can any one know about using EB3 Priority Date vs EB2 Priority date for filing I-485?
Does EB2/EB3 Priority dates makes any difference for filing I-485?
Which path will move faster EB2/EB3?
