Filing I-485 or not

I have two I0140s pending (EB1-EA and NIW) at NSC (04/2007).

I am filing for I-485 on NIW. Now, my spouse is on F1 and wondering whether to file I-485 for her since PD is current. If my I-140s are denied, there is a chance that her F1 will be in jeopardy.

What are the chances of my NIW approval?

Can I file her I-485 later? If files separately, if things retrogress in coming months how bad things are going to be.

Gurus, please advice.

Just a short note.

I would not be too optimistic for the EB1-EA, based on the many cases reviewed on this forum and the various denied appeals published by the CIS. Doesn't mean that it won't work though! As some wrote on this forum, you can also get lucky...

As for the NIW, I don't know what you used to support it.
