When I was working for Company "A" I receiced approvals for Labor and I-140. Then I left Company "A" and joined Company "B" and started Labor certification again. But the labor applied via Company "B" is denied after two years as the economy now is so worse. My H1 6 year limit is expiring in another one year. I contacted Company "A" and they still have have my valid I-140 (they didn't cancel it). Is it possible to file for I-485 via Company "A" without joining them. When (at what stage) am I legally required to join Company "A". Any precaution needed?. What's your advice on this issue?.
