Filing I-485 for spouse after job change as per AC-21

I changed my job when I became protable as per AC-21. My I-485 is still pending. I am planning to get married this year in October. My question is will there be any issues if I file the I-485 and EAD for my spouse now since I am with the new employer and not with the old employer.
