I am filing I-485 for my mother .....Do i need to file G325A form with mothers and my information?

yes you do... Just your mothers, though, since she is the one applying...
You need to send both with I-130. If you have I-130 approved and all you need is I-485 - then just your mothers...

The instruction set on I-130 says that to prove the relationship between mother and child we just need to show the birth certificate of child and doesnt say that G-325A form needs to be filed. This thing has kind of confused me.

That's true... I filed through m husband and automatically assumed you need to file THe G-325A for sponsor and for beneficiary... THe form doesn't call for it...
You still need one for your mother for the form I-485...
Maybe someone who filed through the child/parent could comment if you need anu for I-130...
