Filing I-485 for mother already is US on B1/B2

Hello,

I have recently filed I-130 for my mother who is already here in US on B1/B2 visa. Now I need to fkle the I-485 for her AOS. I need to confirm about the documents I need to send with the completed I-485 application. Are they the same as when the person is not already in US? Like police clearance certificate, burth cert etc? Thank you!
 
When a person is not in the US, they do Consular Processing, not AOS, so the requirements are different. Read the I-485 instructions for what is needed. Police records are not needed if they were never arrested or charged.
 
I just posted AOS package for my Mom who is in US on B1/B2.
Have filled I-130 petition online which is still pending.
I didn't need to include any Police records for AOS.
