Hi, I am now filing my I-485 along with my wife. Problem is that my wife\'s I-94 has expired. We learnt that last year when I renewed my H1-B visa and my wife\'s H4 visa we had to separately get her I-94 renewed too. I didn\'t do that as I had no clue about it and its almost been more than a year that her I-94 has expired. Though my current H1-B and my wife\'s H4 visa is valid only my I-94 is valid (which I received with the H1 renewal).
Her I-94 expired in Jan2001.
She now has a H1-B visa of her own which she got in Dec 2001 and which has a valid I-94 on it.
Please let me know what should I do ?
