Filing I-30 for parents, needs help!!!

Hello Guys,

I am US citizen and going to file petition for my parents and my 24 years old brother, I have few questions though and need your help:

1- Do I need a separate I-30 form for each or I can use just one form?
2- My parents has 5 years multiple visa (they been here 4-5 times already) so is it ok to come here and wait for their interview or just stay back home? Which one is easier and faster?
3- If they choose to come here on visit visa, do they have to go back home for interview?

your questions are very basic and it seems you do not understand the distinction between counselor processing and Adustment of status.

I will try to answer your questions but i recommend that you read about these 2 processes in detail.
1. you will need two I-130s, one for you mom and one for dad
2. They can be in this country and you can file I-130 and I-485 together.
3. If you do Counselor processing and they come here then they will need to go back for interview...unless you file I-485 again and send a letter to NVC to do not send the forms to Consulate.
