My LCA got approved in the month of october 2006 and now i am planning to file I- 140.
my employer is a consulting company and they have file generic job adds in newspaper for 5 peoples in 2004 and they filed my application along with it.
job profile says: operation research analyst
degree requirement : masters
degree program: industrial,mechinical or manufacturing
exp required - 1 year relevent experience.
now i have a 4 year bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and then masters in operation research(2 years from us university) and 2 years experience.
my degree fits exactly as the job title/job profile but doesnot match with what on the degree program that was file on LCA.will this be a issue when i will be filing for I -140.
If some one has similar case he/she can please advice me on this.
