gurus,
Need help, am working for comp A and applied for GC thru COMP B
Now I got my labor approved, I dont have H1-B or anything with this comp B, am planning to apply my I-140.
little history abt the comp B its is doin pretty well, and they are showing profits.
my question
-do i need to have H-1 with comp B as am also applying for my I-1485.?
- if i need H1-b for I-485, is receipt of H1-B transfer good enough?.
- am kinda thinking that my case weak, everything is future in my case. Am already expecting RFE :)
in case if a RFE is issued , how much is given to submit the evidence./documents/paper work.

Pls advise.....what should be my best bet.

thanks

H1-B is nothing to do with GC. You need LC approval instead of
H1-B. As GC can be for future job, you can safely file GC with companyB.
