Filing I-140 and Looking for advise

Hi Gurus,

My consulting company is filing I-140 (may be with I-485) in EB3 at VSC.
I work as consultant for a major corporation and have very good reputation at the client place, I am just wondering if I attach a strong a recommendation letter to the petition that was given by the client, stating how important I am to their business etc…will that add any value to the petition. Please advise.

For I-140 processing, all they look for is your employers (in your case - ur consulting company)

1) ability to pay (should make enough profits to pay you the salary mentioned in your LC - at the time of filing) and
2) Your eligibility (work experience/education - should match the one given in your LC) for the position being applied for.

Apart from the above two, nothing more or nothing less would help.
