Need Help Friends,

I'm thinking of filing 1-130 (Family based married sons of US Citizen) of myself.

Question
1)Is it Straight forward to do without Lawyer.

2)Do we need to include a Application letter to INS saying ...what category and so on.

3) What all documents need to be attached.

4)Do we need to fill form other than I-130

Any suggestion/help appreciated

Thanks

Did you download the I-130 package form BCIS? The I-130 form has detailed instructions with answers to most of your questions.

Yes I did...

but

2)Do we need to include a Application letter to INS saying ...what category and so on.

No you don't. All you need is one of your parents to file the I130 and give their proof of citizenship. No letters are needed.
