Filing I-130 --- did you use courier or just sent to post box

Hi

Can I get an idea what most people do here when filing the I-130? My brother is the USC filing for me. I-485 not filed as I am outside US.

Do you all tend to just send to the PO Box for petitioner's relevant state or do people prefer sending to the courier address (and if so, is it the generic one I see on the I-130 instructions ie. USCIS, Attn: FBAS, 131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor, Chicago IL 60603-5517)??

Is it better to use the courier address so you can track and get courier delivery confirmation, or are most people content to send to the POBox address since you get Receipt Notice afterwards anyway? I just want to know what most people do!

Also, can I doublecheck these go in the submission pack:
1) signed Form I-130
2) 1 Photocopy of Naturalization Cert
3) 1 Photocopy of US Passport
4) 1 Photocopy of petitioner's birth cert
5) 1 Photocopy of my birth cert
6) Check for $330 made payable to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security" (we are filing after July 13 when new reduced fees become applicable).

Anything I miss? Thanks.
