F1 visa holder, status expiring on august 5th 2004
Fiancee is us citizen
would the processing be faster if I file I-130 from new delhi than in united states. In US I would have to file AOS and it would take a longer time but we are planning to get married in India and than applying to New delhi consulate the very next day. Please advice.
I want to apply from New Delhi.
