When filing I-130 and I-485 together for my wife as a US Citizen, what option should I choose for Part 2 in I-485?

If I choose option h, what should I explain?

I appreciate your help.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,
i am also in the same situation...i want to submit AOS for me..My wife s a citizen.. what are the forms you need to submitt? do you need to submit medical with the 485 ?

i think i will select 2 h and write something like..Wife is a Naturalized US Citizen.....is it ok?

I think the correct option in this case is a. It reads "(Atttach a copy of the approval notice-- or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an mmediately
available visa number, if approved.)"

Since you are filing concurrently with the I130, the I130 is the relative petition mentioned in the section above. I intend to use this option when I file my application, but it is always advisable to double-check with an attorney.

Question on I485 application

I have a question on Part I of I 485. My husband is going to naturalize very soon and Im currently on a valid visa. We intend to apply for I485 for me immediately after his oath ceremony. Because of work reasons and a need to maintain valid status to remain in the country as a spouce of GC currently Im living in a different place where I work.

Though I would like to move to his place immedietely after oath it will take 2 months to wrap up from my current place because of work reasons. Should I mention my current address in Part I or his address (that is where Im going to be in 2 months)

Thanks for any suggestions.
