Filing Green Card for parents

I am almost done in my Citizenship process. I would like to file Green card for my parents as soon I finish my oath. My mother is here on Visitors visa and my father back in India.

Can I file for my mother here in USA and for father in India?
Or should I file for both of them in India?

Is it good idea to call my father here to USA and file for both of my parents here in US or in India? Please guide me.
 
This is a common topic, use the search function to get some ideas. Ideal case would be the parent resides in home country till the 130 processing is completed and enters the US with the packet, the GC stamping is done at the airport.

To apply for your mother here would mean AOS also has to be applied for. That is a lil more complex. There are sev posts on this issue, read them bef you make a decision.
