My previous employer has filed for my GC from Chicago.They filed in RIR on June30.They haven't got any case number/Receipt number as of yet.My attorney says they have contacted the immigration office and confirmed that my documents have reached them.This is from the acknowledgement card the immigration office has sent my attorney.
am really confused , if I should assume my GC processing has started at all...or will it take time for the immigration office to consider my application.
Has anyone filed from chicago office?Does anyone have any idea howmuch time is it taking to get the case number???
