Filing for Wife adjustment of status

Nine months ago i filed the I 130 for my wife, since then i became a US Citizen, so we are planning on filing for the I 485, we will also be filing for I 765 Employment Authorization. in the I 765 there's a question for filing eligibilaty Question 16. Would someone check it for me and let me know what they think, she arrived in the counrty via student visa and never went to school.

See a lawyer ASAP. She could get deported for arriving on a student visa and not going to school, unless she leaves the US very shortly after realizing that she can't go to school. How long ago did she enter the US on that visa?
