filing for spouse 485 - can I do it myself

Hi
I filed for my 485 in August.
I may have to switch employers. My spouse's 485 is yet to be sponsored - possibly in another month
Do I need to stick to the present employer until the spouse's 485 is filed? Or can I do it all by myself ?
Does the fact that I used an attorney for my application while the spouse's application will be filed without an attorney matter?

I-485 is your application, in fact you can file your as well as your spouse by yourself. and if yours already filed by lawyer, still you can file for your wife by yourself.

What do you mean by My Spouse 485 is yet to be sponsored in month ? you can file for your spouse with you. there is not wait period.
