Filing for reentry permit while citizenship process is going on..

Folks, I have completed 5 years on GC with most of that time spent
in the US. I have also applied for citizenship now.

But due to certain conditions, I need to be outside US for some time
while the citizenship process is going on.

If I file a reentry permit in this case, can it jeopardize my citizenship
application?
