Filing for Parents

Hello,
My parents applied for Asylum and it got denied, then it went to BIA and got rejected and then it went to 9th Circuit and it got denied.

But now I am eligible to apply for citizenship.
I shall be applying this week.

After I become citizen can I apply for my parents?
They will be out of status till I become eligible to apply for them.

Also I wanted to know is there any trouble in travelling within USA for them?

Ofcourse you can, but check that office is working on that day.
