Friends I apologize if this thread has been answered before. I tried to search but was not able to find answers, so need your help. I am a USC now and would like to file for my parents immigrant visa/GC. How do i start in this and I know I have to file I-130, but do i need to file separate I-130 for my parents? and then what..how much time it takes usually from day of start, they are in India right now.
