filing for LC under current process

I would like to know if filing GC process under current process before March 28 2005 will be of any advantage if filed in faster processing states like NH ??

No it will not have any advantage. Wherver you file it will go to the Backlog elimination center which will process it by FIFO rule i.e. first in first out.

If you fall in EB-3 the main advantage you will have is the priority date if you file early.
