Filing for K1 and K3...

Hello, I am a U.S. Citizen and have just returned from Kathmandu, Nepal. I had gone to Kathmandu to marry my Nepali fiancé but the recent earthquake changed our plans. We were set to get married in the Nepali Civil court but due to the earthquake everything is now on hold.

My question is as follows:
What would be the best & quickest process to bring my fiancé to USA: K1 or K3.?

A) Should I go back to Kathmandu (in July 2015) and marry her there, then return back to USA and apply for Spouse Visa?

Or

B) Apply for her Fiancé visa first then get married after she comes to USA?

Which process is more suitable? Also what are some of the basic requirements for this process? What's the usual time frame for the process.

I will appreciate any info you can provide.

K-3 is obsolete. The options are K-1 for fiance or CR-1 for spouse. The K-1 route is probably faster to get her to the U.S. physically, but takes longer until she gets the green card and is more expensive.
