Filing for H1-B extension at INS without LCA

Hi folks,

My H1-B is expiring in a week. Prevailing wages, LCA in progress. Not yet received.

Can I file for my H1-B extension without a LCA ?

I guess YES

I guess you can file I-129. Later you will get Request for Additional Information (for Labor Certfication). Then you can submit and everything should go smooth.

Be advised that this will delay things around 15 days to a month.
