Im working in Arkansas (on H1-B visa) for last 3 years and my fiance is a US Citizen working in California. I plan to get married next month (march 04). Please tell me if its better for me to get married in California and file for adjustment of my status in California or should I be doing that in Arkansas. My plan is move over to California once I get EAD. As of now I cannot move to California since Im working in Arkansas.
