Filing for EAD, which I-94

I am getting ready to file EAD. The doco says to sent copy of I-94 card.

I have got original I-94 which has expired long ago and at least 3 H1-B petition extensions covering period up to 2005.

Which I-94 shoud I send? The original one or the botoom part of the last H1-B extension or both? Or better yet all of bottom parts of H1-B extensions?

You should send the latest I-94 from your latest H1 (bottom part). Sending too many unnecessary documents may create confusion to INS and queries to you.

You have to send the most recent I-94 issued at port of entry or thru H1 extension at the bottom whichever is the latest.
