Hello
My client has offered me a full time position. My I-485 is pending since a year now and I-140 is approved. I have copy of my Labor certification and also I-140 approval copy.
My 6th year H1B is expiring in Jan 2006 and EAD is also expiring the same time, I have applied for renewal of EAD, AP and H1B(7th year extension through my GC sponsorer employer)
Is is possible to apply for a 7th year H1B extension again through my client instead of using my EAD to be on the safe side. I would be asking them an EVL so that the job description matches my labor if there is any RFE later on. Also would it be advisable to file AC21 proactively ??
