Filing For 485 again after cancelling it once

    Can you tell me whether a person can refile for his GC after he has once cancelled his GC after clearing the FP stage. Also please tell me at what stage can he restart his GC.

You did not say what kind of I485 petition, I assume it is EB. Yes, you can re-apply it by submit all documents required for EB I485.
