Filing Fees for 485

Hi every buddy,

Can any body tell me, while filing for 485, do we ned to pay seperate legal fees for the spouse?
Coz, am about to file for 485 and my lawyer just sent a bill for $730 for filing 485 for my spouse ( No EAD and no AP).
I just wanted to make sure if this is right...

Depends.. I paid $250 as a preparation fee for my spouse...

I filed my spouse case separately means after 3 months of mine.
