Sending a packet out soon and trying to narrow it down to how much and where to send the packet.
We are sending I-130,I-693,I-864,I-765,I-G325A,and I-485 all will be concurrent filling.
From what I've read, I will be sending out 2 checks(1-$1010 for the I-485 and I-765, 2-$355 for the I-130)Total of fees $1365.
Is that correct? 2 checks 1-$1010 for the I-485 and I-765, 2-$355 for the I-130?

Location to where I will send the document is

USCIS
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

Is that the correct location to where I will send all documents in?

All responses are greatly appreciated. Any incorrect fees or location please let me know.
THANKS!

Just want to make sure the I-130 petitioner is a US Citizen, and this is a husband/wife case?

If so then everything seem correct.

Two recommendations:
The G-325A needs to be filled out by both the petitioner and the beneficiary for the I-130. The petitioner checks other and writes I-130, and signs it and puts their name down on the bottom. If they don't have an A# then just leave that blank. The beneficiary checks off Permanent Resident and needs to include two copies of the form, one with the I-130 and one with the I-485. Don't forget to include one passport size photo of the petitioner and one for the beneficiary if a husband/wife case for the I-130. The I-485 applicant needs to include two passport size photos for the I-485.

Also, include G-1145. G-1145 is a simple form that ask for your name, email and/or cell phone number. It ask the lockbox to send you a message (email and/or text) of when your application has been accepted by the lockbox. The message will have the receipt number, and the official receipt notice is received in the postal mail about a week later.
