What are the current fees for filing I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765?

I heard some time back that the fees will be increased but am not sure. I downloaded new froms fro USCIS website and they contain lesser fee than before. Right now, I've the following info:

I-130 $190
I-131 $170
I-485 $325 + $70 = $395
I-765 $180

Just go on uscis.gov and click at upper left "immigration forms". You will have the most current fees for each form.

I filed before fee increase and I can tell you that what you wrote are the old fees.

now the fees are too high, but we have no other choice :(

I guess not. But as I told you I filed with old fees, so I am not sure, but from what I heard $1,010 covers the I-485 plus I-765 plus even maybe I-131 if you FILE CONCURRENTLY. I think you have to just ad an extra $3** (3 hundred and something) for the I-130.

Ask around or read carefully before you send. If you already sent it out I guess sending out more money is better than having sent out less.

nope, there was no love there. the only "benefit" you can get by filing together is that u've to send all forms to chicago. otherwise i-130 goes to VT office for north eastern states.

my total damage was $2k+

i read a press release by uscis that they increased the fee to minimize the back log and improve the system as their funding is only from the fee they collect. yet on their website, they have stated that they have received too many applications in the past few months and applicants should be patient as delays are expected. so we paid more and have to wait more

I just filed too, I sent $1010 to cover I-485 + the biometrics and paid $355 for I-130. I am sure that you don't need to pay extra for I-131 and I-765. It's covered if you file it concurrently with I-485.

This is what it says on the USCIS website:

If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, then no fee is required to file a request for advance parole on Form I-131 and/or employment authorization on Form I-765. You may file the I-131 and I-765 concurrently with your I-485, or you may submit the I-131 and/or I-765 at a later date. If you file Form I-131 and/or I-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of the receipt for your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, as evidence of the filing of an I-485.

Wow you got your checks cashed quickly and NOA's quick. Maybe the high numbers went back down.

I waited exactly 30 days to get checks cashed and some other late july filers waited longer.

Just curious... Where did you get these NEW FORMS from? And why do you think they "contain lesser fee than before".

I google this text "uscis i-130" and similar for all forms. Though the right way is to go to their site and click on Imigration Forms.
