Hi there,
I have a situation where, my lawyer filed my I-485 recently but no EAD for me and wife as we are on H1B and had sufficent time
left onto it.
Can some body give me an idea, where I can directly file EAD for my wife without going to the company lawyer, as they are very
expensive.
Could you please tell me is it okay to file EAD for my wife, directly to the INS ?
If yes, then What are the documents required to do such a filing ?
Has anyone done it before ?
