I had entered US on L1 and moved to H1B.I have changed 3 H1B's in past 6 yrs and never left US, since entering on L1.Do I have to send all the I-94's or most recent I-94 (front and back).
Also do I have to send all the I-797 approval notice for EAD/AP.
My company has applied for my and my spouse I-485. I intend to file my own EAD/AP, do I have to wait for the I-485 receipt or is the Fedex Ack enough.
My wife was on L2-EAD which she has never used for employment. She is currently on H1B, do we have to send the copy of the EAD card as it has A#.
Also if I understand correctly I donot have to attach all pages of all the passports, I just have to attach the visa pages or stamping page.
Which the location where these forms need to be fedex
Can I fedex my and my spouse all the applications together or I have to include them in separate Fedex packages.
