Filing EAD and AP….

I am on my 2nd EAD expiring in FEB 2004
Please advice what would be the best time to file for 3rd EAD renewal? Should I file it in Oct? because I don’t know how long its taking these days.
Also I did my 2nd FP on Aug 4.

From the posts in this forum, it's taking about 60 days maximum to get EAD. To be on the safer side, try to apply 4 months before.

Try to get in touch with your senator before you apply for EAD again.

3rd EAD will be atrocious.
